What an incredible and unique gift! My nephew stared at it for 2 days (he's 7) trying to figure out how they made this amazing gift! Customer service was incredible. They sent me a proof and even showed me a larger version and gave me the option to decide which size I preferred based on the images. I thought that was an extremely thoughtful thing to do. I ordered the 16x16 and once it was finished I was blown away. This was my wife’s Mother’s Day gift. I used the picture of her I took within a few weeks of us learning that she was pregnant with our first born. I submitted the photo planning to purchase a 10x10. Memobrick emailed me with the image in 10x10 and 16x16 to explore my options. I went with the 16x16 and couldn’t be more pleased. You will not regret going with Memobrick.

This is our send one we have done. we absolutely love the product and the out come of these pieces. The service is amazing if you ever need anything, as you can see In the picture we did not have enough of a color to finish and they sent us out a bag no questions asked. We also got the frame for it and it's a vary high quality frame. Would recommend to anyone who loves art and Legos. And they are vary easy to put together.

I ordered a custom portrait for a Christmas gift. When I received the ordered, there were several bags missing from the order and the instructions were incomplete. I reached out to customer service and notified them of the issue. After sending them the amount of bags I received, they said they would send me a package of the remaining bags that I did not initially receive, however we I received the new package, there were still bags missing.

My daughter loved constructing this! It had easy to understand instructions and everything was well labeled. We were missing some of one color, but customer service had them shipped out the next day! We are already looking at doing another one.

Everything is fine, no missing or broken pieces. Only issues:
1. my fingers are numb as pressing down the pieces can be hard at time
2. some of the colors are quite similar to each other and that can cause errors
3. more plates than the 5 provided are needed to secure the 4 large panels together

This was a gift for a 13 year old boy for Xmas. He hasn't received it yet, but upon opening the package it appears it will be very difficult for him to complete. I thought the plate (backing) would have numbered markings on the pegs to match to the individual tiles. I'm not certain that he will have the patience to complete this project (I know I wouldn't). Disappointed in this product for it's price.

I have ordered 6 portraits so far. I love 5! But the bird one is horrible. The bird on the left is all creams and whites and has no features while the bird on the right is brown and orange with a solid brown mass for her feathers. Neither look good. They should both be gray with orange and cream highlights. I rejected it and asked for corrections several times but it kept getting worse and worse so I finally okayed one but I hate it. Hopefully I can make it a little better using leftover brick from my other kits but I'm not happy.
