If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item and let them know that you wish to exchange it.
Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will offer you a credit towards a future purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been damaged, worn or altered in any way. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for the exchange.
